First Year Instructor
Hello! My name is Rosdany, and I’m currently a junior at Dawson County High School. This is my first year as a swim instructor with Swim Warriors, and I’m so excited to be part of the team. Teaching swim lessons has been an incredibly rewarding experience, as I get to help children build confidence, learn water safety skills, and have fun in the pool. I enjoy seeing each student grow and take pride in creating a positive, supportive environment where they feel encouraged to try new things.

Outside of the pool, I am focused on my academics and future goals. I aspire to become a corporate lawyer, a career that requires dedication, critical thinking, and strong communication skills—qualities I am developing both in school and through my experiences as a swim instructor. I am thrilled to be part of Swim Warriors this year and look forward to helping kids grow, have fun, and feel confident in the water.
My advice to parents would be to work along the instructor and work on some the skills at home!
