Hi! my name is Kaylin Sheffield!
I am a senior at Dawson County and will be attended UNG this fall. Along with being a swim instructor I am also a Dance instructor at Dawsonville Dance, where I teach a toddler class! I also volunteer at Browns Bridge in the Twos department at Waumba Land, I love seeing my church kids at swim!! I have two little sisters and love my family, my biggest goal in life is to become a mother! Watching my sisters grow up and seeing them learn new things everyday has really inspired me to help other children. I recently started my job here at Swim Warriors and have loved every second of it. Seeing a child grow and change each week is the best part of it all! Being apart of something that is life saving for a child is so important. I love seeing one of my swim kids accomplish something it is so special and watching them be able to save them self in an important situation is even better.I am certified in CPR/AED/First Aid in adult and pediatrics through the American Heart Association
My advice to parents is that consistency is key. You wouldn’t believe how much children can improve just within a couple weeks!
