Faithe Landi

Fifth Year Instructor

My name is Faithe Landi and I am one of the Landi girls (Brooke's sister).

Swimming is in my blood!I have been swimming competitively since I was four years old;  being in or around water has always been a huge part of my life.

This year will be my fifth year as a Swim Warriors instructor and I am so excited to see what this season holds. I hold a new title this season as Lead Instructor and quality control supervisor. I truly enjoy instructing children to enable them to be safe in the water and instill a true love for swimming. Now in addition to that, I will oversee the success of new instructors' lessons, and bring new ideas to the table with seasoned instructors. This is more than a job to me. It is a huge passion of mine and I am so honored to be a part of swim warriors.

During the off-season I am a full-time nanny to two little boys ages 4 and 1yr and a 3-month-old baby girl. During my free time, I enjoy writing and playing music. Another passion of mine is my wood-burning business, Sun & Moon Burn Co. (Find me on Instagram). Being creative and helping people bring to life their ideas brings me so much joy.

I love getting to know our Swim Warrior family! Four summers ago I played the part of Swim Warrior's secretary and started in our Junior Instructor program. I was the first candidate and completed multiple summers teaching alongside Brooke. At 16 I started teaching full time. I highly recommend any swimmer above the age of 12 to check out our Junior Instructor Program.

I have taught over 600 swimmers the past four summers, including children of all ages from 6 months and up. In addition, I am certified in CPR/AED/First Aid in adult and pediatrics through the Red Cross. I love working with children of all abilities. I am so excited about this season. Working one-on-one with each swim family has been such a fulfilling experience.

I am so thankful for this opportunity every year and I am excited to see every swimmer's progress throughout the summer! I look forward to meeting all of you!

"My favorite thing about swim lessons is seeing my kiddos learn and grow to love the water. My advice for parents is to keep in mind that many students start lessons with tears. It is not an uncommon factor, do not let it get your hope down; keep pushing, encouraging, and trusting the program!"

Ms. Faithe is so amazing! This was our second year with swim warriors and my 3 and 5 year old have made awesome strides. Swim Warriors is far beyond any other swim company!

MY FAVORITE SWIM MEMORY

One of my favorite swim memories was my first summer teaching. I had a swimmer that had a traumatic experience around water prior to lessons. Although it wasn’t easy, the swim parents stuck with lessons. That moment of the swimmer succeeding and then falling in love with swimming made me realize that this was definitely the job for me! The feeling of accomplishment as their instructor NEVER gets old.
