Chloe Syfert
Second Year Instructor

Hello! My name is Chloe Syfert.
I’m currently a junior at East Forsyth High School. After graduation, I plan to attend the University of North Georgia, though I am still exploring my future career path. My academic interests lie in environmental science, history, the arts, and American Sign Language (ASL), and I anticipate pursuing a field related to one or more of these areas. I’ve developed a foundational knowledge of ASL and the Deaf community through my coursework at EFHS. Although I took a brief break from formal study, I’ve continued to practice and build on my skills independently.

Creativity has always been a core part of who I am—whether expressed through sketching, pottery, origami, or simply enjoying the outdoors. Water, in particular, has played a special role in my life. Growing up on Lake Lanier and participating in local swim leagues instilled in me a lifelong love for swimming.

This year marks my second season as a swim instructor with Swim Warriors, and the experience has been incredibly rewarding. I find great joy in teaching children essential water safety and swimming skills while building meaningful, encouraging connections with them. I began working with Swim Warriors at age 15 and am certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid. In addition to my role here, I have experience babysitting and volunteering in childcare through my church, which has deepened my passion for working with children.

I’m truly grateful to be part of such a positive and supportive team. At Swim Warriors, our mission goes beyond teaching water safety—we strive to help children build confidence, develop lifelong skills, and most importantly, have fun in the process. I’m looking forward to another exciting session and can’t wait to see everyone at the pool!
“My advice to parents would be to trust your instructors. We’re trained to keep your children safe and have a fun lesson! Sometimes tears happen, but your swimmers are safe and in expert hands! When you stay positive about the experience, your kids will see that and
reflect your emotions.”
