Hi, I’m Avery Molton, a 16 year old junior at East Forsyth High School. I’ve been a varsity cheerleader there, and cheering has been a huge part of my life for the past 11 years. It’s more than just a sport to me it’s where I’ve learned discipline, teamwork, and how to lead with confidence.

I’m originally from Flowery Branch, Georgia, but I’ve lived in Gainesville for the past six years. I have three brothers who definitely keep life interesting, and growing up with them has taught me how to be patient, resilient, and quick on my feet.

One of my biggest passions is working with kids. I’ve had the opportunity to be both an after school counselor and a summer camp leader, and I absolutely love helping kids learn, grow, and feel supported. It’s one of the reasons I’m currently doing a medical internship I want to keep making a difference in people’s lives, and I’m excited to pursue a career in healthcare after high school.

Between cheering, mentoring, and preparing for college, I stay busy but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m driven by purpose and compassion, and ready to start here at swim warriors!

My advice to parents is consistent practice, patience, and positive engagement at home helps kids build confidence and progress faster in the water.
